We the undersigned people of Union City Tn, request that the Union City City Council make the appropriate zoning changes to stop recycling centers from doing business within 10000 feet of any residential area (from property line of said business to the property line of any residential property line). We also request that this change go in effect at the time it is adopted by the city council. This type of business will do nothing but cause our properties to become littered with trash, and all the toxic material that may be brought into the facility to be harmful to our community. Also along with this type of business come rodents and pests that we do not want.
