The incessant bloody clashes between Fulani cattle rearers and local farmers in many parts of Nigeria have become so worrisome that it has even been characterized by some experts as a war at the same level as the Boko Haram insurgency in the North East - Champion Newspaper

These Fulani cattle rearers carry military weapons such a AK47 and several other ammunition as they move around communities with their cattle in the name of feeding and land all over the country Nigeria is being allocated to them for grazing but they go around killing innocent and defenseless farmers, women, children and the elderly.
