I feel that the point of this bill is to ensure those married folks actually support their family or parents need to support their kid. Honestly, I would agree to this if I'm an emotionally torn person.. Especially since the Father of my kid only helps when its convenient for him. Also, my father never helped us while growing up. But the logical part of me says, "NO that aint right.." Why would you hinder someone's employment due to family concerns? Sabi nga diba, wag mong dalhin ang family issues mo sa trabaho.. But this govt guy is taking it to the next level! Also, what if the one left in PH is the one cheating? Why the hell would you still support him or her? Or if parents just waste the OFWs money? Family Code/Personal Affairs should not violate Freedom Rights..
