   Comments: I can understand someone reselling a ticket due to a let down, illness, etc, but only at face value, possibly a little more to cover the usual payment charges. But I totally disagree with reselling for a profit at the fans expense. especially the touts you find outside venues. Maybe the Tax man should start visiting at gigs & questioning some of these people? Remember though, as long as people carry on buying from these people they'll carry on doing it so it's down to the punters really to stop the touts by not buying off them in the first place.

    Comments: I dislike touts and professional resellers profiteering off us. By the same token venues refusal to refund tickets is fuelling the situation. Maybe ban touts and allow people to return tickets they cannot use is the way forward

    Comments: All this profiteering can be stopped quite easily with a disclaimer on the original sale of the tickets that cancels any tickets found for resale on ebay etc at prices above face value, money returned to original purchaser & tickets resold to genuine fans.

    Comments: I go to the Robin 2 to support local business and enjoy the friendly atmosphere - staff are great and live music should be treasured - the Robin has always been my 1st choice over live venues in the area. Ticket merchants are in it for the profit and I am unable to see how they can do this to a small, local business - it smacks of 'Gekko' tactics as far as I'm concerned and perhaps they need to do lunch once in a while if only to look for their absent 'moral compass'
