Name: James Woodhead on Feb 7, 2013Comments: Real fans do not buy tickets and then resell them 5 minutes latet at 9 times face value. This is pure greed and legal touting. Legislation that tickets cannot be sold for more than 10% above face value will ensure that people with genuine reasons to sell theor tickets can still do so, whilst putting off profiteers.Flag

Name: Andrew Murray on Feb 8, 2013Comments: Something has to be done, and done soon, as ticket agencies and resellers like Viagogo are no better than Mafia cartels. Non-Transferable tickets is the only wat to stop this extortion. If you buy tickets and then can't attened the gig, the ticket agency should be required to buy the ticket back, at a slightly reduced rate, for resale at face value.Flag
