RESIDENT PETITION IN OPPOSITION TO PROPOSED CAR DEALERSHIP AT: 4725 N. Scottsdale Road
As city of Scottsdale property owners and residents, we petition our city government to reject/not approve the applicant's requests to build a car dealership at 4725 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale. It is our opinion that the project fails in the following ways: 1.Improper use of property nestled between residential neighborhoods 2.. Car Service and repair facility will be an environmental hazard and generates unwanted noises in an otherwise quiet area 3. Access to the canal and other walking paths will be obstructed 4. A car dealership invites unwanted crime to the neighborhoods 5. Overnight permanent lighting of the dealership 6. Sets a precedence for other car dealerships in this neighborhood 7. Lighting will disturb neighboring homes
