The Employment Equity Amendment Bill which was gazetted in parliament two weeks ago(Regulation R37338 28/2/2014 Section D 3.1 and 3.2)suggest that national demographics should be used by all companies with staff of 150 or more in the three top tier senior positions, with regional demographics applied in the bottom three tiers. This effectively means that in provinces like the Western Cape and the Northern Cape where Coloured people are in the majority, they would be exempt from top level jobs or promotions.

We have come through the poverty enforced by Apartheid, now sit with povety enforced by EXCLUSION by present day Government.Everyday coloured communities suffer under gansterism, crime and drugs. This amendment by Minister Of Labour Mildred Oliphant will make these situations worse in our communities. It will also open the labour market to foreign nationals .

Join the UNITED PEOPLES ALLIANCE and say:

NO TO EXCLUSION OF COLOURED SOUTH AFRICANS!
NO TO ENFORCED POVERTY
NO TO ECONOMIC GENOCIDE
