We the residents of Redbridge petition The Security Industry Authority to review the extortionate charge rates and unprofessional conduct during wheel clamping by LBS Enforcement.  We ask for a holistic review of Wheel Clamping rates across the UK and for a ceiling to be set to prevent existing abuse.  Moreover, an investigation of rogue companies behaviour such as that of LBS who have allegedly blocked vehicles by parking in front of them to apply a wheel clamp, have charged full price for a Tow vehicle removing a vehicle that was not towed (as purportedly it had been called) and who have allegedly thrown a wheel clamp through a vehicle front windscreen – should ensue to remove malpractice from a formerly unregulated industry.
