   Comments: I am against the proposal to increase the traveller site located on Cartridge Lane, in fact I am against the whole idea that they should in any form be allowed to stay in this area. THEY ARE TRAVELLERS (supposedly !!!) SO WHY THEN DON'T THEY - TRAVEL !!! (Preferably away from South Warrington!)

   Comments: This should be stopped now, everyone feels uneasy in the area. The have no respect for making a mess and when the do get moved on it is the Councils job to clear the mess. This is coming out of our council tax and I don't want to pay for that. I am sure I would get a fine if I left a load of mess outside my house and the council had to clear it up !!

    Comments: I strongly disagree with the expansion of this traveller site: 1. Because they regularly flaunt any planning laws; 2. It's not actually travelling is it! 3. They do not help or interact with the community in any way, shape or form.

    Comments: The council needs to put a stop to back door expansion applications on green field sites like this and provide legitimate brownfield sites for the travelling community. Within this local area (Grappenhall, Appleton, Walton, Daresbury) there are now numerous greenfield sites such as these, these should not be allowed to expand exponentially. Stop being such an easy target WBC!
