The undersigned residents of the Knollcrest Tax District are outraged and disgusted by the recent inexcusable and egregious conduct of a fellow resident, Betsy Delaney, slanderously defaming in the Citizens News a resident volunteer, Ellen DeLeo, now serving as the secretary of the Knollcrest Tax District (see attached).

Mrs. Delaney's malicious letter, with its numerous lies, misrepresentations and half-truths, has not only intentionally caused Mrs. DeLeo to experience mental suffering and irreparable harm to her good reputation, it has also caste our community and its residents in a very unfavorable light, with likely collective harm to all community property values.

As a result we hereby petition Mrs. Delaney to cease and desist from future violations of civil law and to strongly consider taking up residence elsewhere, because she is no longer welcomed in the Knollcrest community.
