Please dont confuse the fact that Vermont has no defined laws against cyber bullying or defined procedures on how to handle such behavior EXCEPT IN SCHOOLS. There are currently no laws against cyber bullying other than in school. Students aren't the only victims. Adults are victims too! Dont be lazy and avoid this petition, there may be people you know and care about who are victims but you may never know until its too late.
