Cyber bullying is not your average type of bullying. It consists of using the internet through a computer or phone to deliberately make fun of a person and get their reaction using personal information. Given the popular use of sites like Facebook and Twitter, it is very easy to become a victim of such. Becoming a victim is dangerous if the bully is not ignored, as it can lead to teen depression and even suicide. Becoming depressed is more prevelant among girls who are cyber bullied, but boys can still be affected in the same way. Not only that, but 80% of all teens do not even tell their parents about the situation, which could save several teens.
