The local authorities finally cracked down on these abusers and banned the use of injured donkeys for carting. These cruel carters were forced to back down once we exposed their disgusting behavior to the world. Keep your eyes open because we need to ensure these new rules are actually enforced …
Donkey is unique and lovely animal in developed world. The people love it and adapt it as a hobby. In developing world, it is a tool to earn livelihood for million of families. Donkey is use for carting in cities to easily transport goods in narrow streets of the city. The cruelty is very common among the donkey carters and they use injured, sick and weak animals for work. The donkeys are tied with the electric poles, in sun shine for hours without water and feed. Some carters use the injuries to hurt donkey to force for speedy work.
These carters think they can keep abusing these animals in the sun while we watch from the sidelines. We are about to hit one hundred signatures so push this link out to everyone you know right now. We have to make the authorities face this cruelty before more donkeys suffer.

Use them if you must but have some decency, these are living creatures. You can't expect them to work without basics like food and water which we all need for survival. This intolerable cruelty must end!! We have to stop it. As a basic they need food water and shelter and a rest sometimes.

No excuse for this..A firm law should be made in their country to not have this happen..I try to help when I can but get fed up with the cruel practice of a country and the greed of man at the expense of the animal..

The treatment of these donkeys is hideous !!! I don't know how anyone can disrespect these animals when they need the animals to help them. Please lock these abusers up and enact laws to protect these poor animals.

No words. No words to anyone who would abuse so heinously the very creature on which their livelihood depends. If they do such a thing, words won't change them. I hope better people listen and step in to help these gentle, pitiful animals.

Why on earth would anyone want to kill a lovely animal like this is beyond me. Give the perpetrators the same treatment. Shame on them
