Stop Corruption in our legal system

Having recently just gone through the divorce process, in the Superior Court in the county of Los Angeles.

I am personally horrified to find how corrupt the legal system here really is.

The rulings of the Los Angeles Superior Court, by an Honourable judge has completely abused the power of the legal system to commit “inverse condemnation without reward”

Having worked hard to build my very own “American Dream”. The rulings of the court granted a judgment with no valid or even lawful reason to strip me of my constitutional and human rights.

After being Completely Discriminated against, the Honourable Judge Decided that the 50/50 equal California community division rules are to be construed as a myth.

In accordance with the Judicial codes of Ethics and related canyons, An honourable judge is supposedly to hold neutral position, and not to be seen as basis, until all facts are heard before any such judgements. With the responsibility and purpose to maintain public confidence.

Having now personally experienced that my constitutional and human rights have been fully denied me, I am left feeling that some one has stolen the “justice” out of the Justice system.

Having now been denied the right to own property, the right to a fair trial, and the right to been seen as an equal before the eyes of the law without discrimination of sex, age, race, religion and national origin.

The system has failed to protect and comply with its public duties to help maintain order and resolve to disputes without prejudice.

This petition is to bring notice to the powers of the justice system, that not only do I myself but also other members of the community, city, state, country and world not only expect to justice to be honest, fair, and dependable. But demand that Corruption within the legal system has no place in today s society.

Please take a moment to simply sign your name, voice your opinion and most importantly, restore and promote justice NOT corruption to the legal system that we all depend on to maintain law and order in our infrastructure
