State run divisions of Child Welfare are gravely failing American children! These agencies are riddled with corruption and negligence! The shortcomings of these agencies result in abuse, neglect, and death of innocent children. Federal governing of these agencies needs to be enacted to provide nationwide regulations, the proper supervision these agencies need, and delete the completion for federal incentives that encourage corruption! Our children deserve protection from abusers and the states corrupt measures!
