HDNL also known as Yodel are a delivery company. They have an extremely low customer rating and are untrustworthy. The customer service of these companies are terrible and have annoyed many, by leaving parcels out in the rain, lying about delivery times, damaging items and many other issues. A lot of companies use them causing unnecessary stress to thousands of customers daily. I believe that companies should stop using Yodel/HDNL and use a more trusted and reliable delivery company.
