Comments: As to my knowledge, the province of Negros Occidental, in which Cadiz City is located have already an existing geothermal plants that can provide an electric power more than the entire island needs. The reason that the province has not been provided sufficiently is because the companies that own these geothermal plants are prioritizing the other provinces that demands greater supply thereby neglecting Neg. Occ. And to my understanding, the province has entered into an agreement before that no coal fired powered plant will be allowed in Neg. Occ. Now, why a sudden change? And I am wondering if indeed it will be the province of Negros Occ that will benefit from this? Or isn't it true that the power produce from the planned coal power plant in Cadiz City will be sold to Boracay? And then the Cadiznons will bear all the hazards that the coal will bring. Please, help us. Thank you for any favorable action you will make in our behalf.

Comments: It's time to level up our sentiments about the coal fired power plant, at the same time to do something that we need to do. We don't want to regret at the end of the day. There s still time to Save Cadiz against the health hazard that the coal might bring on us cadiznons.
