CadiznonKontra Coal Petition Letter We, the undersigned, the people of Cadiz City, Negros Occidental, for the purpose of unity among all sectors of our community, to promote the common good and to exercise our right to freedom of expression and our right to information on matters of public concern most especially those that would be detrimental to the health of the people in our community and to protect our environment and our major livelihood, are submitting this letter of petition to urge our local and provincial government to stop the proposed Coal Fired Power Plant (CFPP) to be built in Cadiz City.
