I want to stop Ca from making a horrible desicion in forcing parents to have their child get a cochlear implant . it wrong they were born deaf god made them that way let them be deaf and make their own choice on if they want it or not the government should not force parents to do anything they dont see fit for their own child. California needs to stop and think!Its wrong awful. their is a deaf culture and if you think you coulcd just fix everything by making the deaf hearing YOUR wrong. the deaf culutre is a beautiful thing and let them make their choice not the government
