Cal Trans invaded a homeless camp on April 9, 2013 in Redwood City without giving any prior notice of date to vacate, they stole my phychiatric medication, food, tent, sleeping bags and sentimental items many of these same instances has happened to the homeless of Redwood City by Cal Trans prior, they are not following due process of law, served no notices they just came in and ripped us all off, and caused life threatening circumstances to various homeless here. They even stole my little boy's remote control helicopter I bought him that was still in the box even, tools, ect. Some of these items listed, needed to sustain life for a homeless individual. The homeless people of Redwood City want to organize meeting to form a petition and possible class action civil law suit yet, we are still looking for an advocate to help us get our rights defended and financially paid a claim for our pain, sufferings and losses. We additionally are interested in banding with other political activist groups and legal entities for backing and assistance they have "wronged & mistreated" homeless people but "we are still people and why do they intend on kicking a dog when their down since Cal Trans actions through this have made us feel this way like we are animals without feelings and needs for survival.
