The Petition
The air quality and quiet enjoyment of the residents
of the Deep Canyon/Benedict Canyon area just off Mulholland Drive in
Beverly Hills, California is being severely infringed and destroyed by the noise and
soot from low flying airplanes taking off from Burbank Airport starting at 7 AM
every day and going until 10 PM each night, and by
planes flying into Burbank Airport over our homes.
This area was never in
the flight pattern of planes taking off or landing at Burbank Airport until
about 2-3 years ago, and the residents of this area were
never notified or given the opportunity to object to such a
plan.
BY THIS PETITION THE UNDERSIGNED HOMEOWNER IS
REQUESTING A FULL HEARING WITH THE FAA, TO DISCUSS RE-ROUTING THE
BURBANK AIR TRAFFIC BACK OVER BURBANK AND NOT OVER THE BENEDICT CANYON AREA, THE
MEETING SHOULD TAKE PLACE HERE IN THE BENEDICT CANYON AREA ON A WEEK NIGHT OR
WEEKEND, SO ALL RESIDENTS CAN ATTEND,
