We, the undersigned constituents of Earth, demand to stop being bothered by a lack of fireworks at outdoor events this summer. We call for the Grand Finale of Whining to be eliminated from this time on (or, at least until Fall when we can switch to complaining about leaves and yard waste not being picked up in a timely manner).

By signing this petition, you agree to keep Bay View's signature whining to a minimum - including, but not limited to, fireworks, parades, bounce houses, concealed carry, flags, yard waste, and the arrival of new businesses to the neighborhood.
