Publication of these photos is damaging to individuals, financially, emotionally, causing unrecoverable damages. The state makes no efforts to make right these damages even after the individual is found innocent. Further, the state of Florida is supporting blackmail by supplying websites sites with information which is presented in a defamatory manor which exploit the photos and blackmail the individual requiring payments as much as $2000 to remove.
