Comments: These poles have never been professional.. Id rather quit pole dancing all together than get a Carmen Electra. Not safe at all and safety should come first with a sport like this.Flag -

Name: Laura Tozer on Jan 21, 2013Comments: Totally unsafe - I bought one when I first started and have never used it as it is clearly dangerous. I haven't even sold it as I wouldn't be happy putting someone else at risk over false advertising and unsafe equipment. These poles are not only dangerous but expensive and for around 20-40£ more you can buy a totally safe, tested, widely used pole from X-pole rather than these cheap deathtraps. I know numerous people that have fallen or hurt themselves on these poles and it's horrific that these poles don't even have a clear warning on them, when they shouldn't be being sold at all!Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jan 21, 2013Comments: I'm only a supporter but know from the dedicated polers that very serious injury is possible and having equipment not designed to take feet off the floor or spin is reckless. I am sure Ann Summers as a business will not want to suffer the severe reputational loss should a serious accident occur after having been warned by professionals. Product should be withdrawn and recalled.Flag
