This petition is to stop law enforcement form putting animal abuse cases last!! It happens FAR to often. The way it is looked at (by law enforcement) is well get around to it if we "FEEL" like it.. To me this is completely unacceptable!! Dogs have feelings to! We have got to speak up for our animals and give them a voice!! I also think that people should have to be educated in how to treat an animal before they can adopt! To many people think the best way to teach an animal is to punish them (hitting, Kicking, Chaining them up, etc) none of these are ways to teach and animal and NO animal should live in fear!!!
