I was shot by two separate DC police officers with the same gun in 1994. How you ask? One officer shot me then gave the gun to another officer who then stood over me in the middle of the street and shot me again. Miracously after a two month ICU stay, I survived. This petition is for anyone who have encountered overly aggressive, abusive police. Any person who have been lied on and locked up or given a warning, ticket or any type of unwarranted punishment by police. Any person whose civil rights have been violated and have been subject to searches of person and or property. Now is the time to step up and let your voice be heard. We can nolonger remain silent.
