St. Mary's Condo Residents- This petition is in opposition of the Application by Attorney Arthur Bergeron on behalf of Saint Mary's of French Hill Redevelopment LLC to modify an existing Special Permit (Order No.07-1001500C) to allow rental of all proposed units until first sale of each unit. Trustees of St. Mary's should have been in place by May 16, 2010 according to the attached Declaration of Trust for the St. Mary's Development. Please reference section 3.1 of Condominium Trust. If said trust was properly executed by Saint Mary's of French Hill Redevelopment LLC, then the request to the City of Marlborough to rent an additional four town house units would be nonexistent as the elected trustees would have needed to decide on this request to the City of Marlborough before it was sent.
