Jennifer | I have been taking Stilnox for over six years. I suffer from side effects, such as forgetfulness, anxiety, nervouseness, loss of concentration, amnesia, etc. I strongly hope the manufacturer can improve these problems. Thank you.
Sam Goldberg | This is a dangerous and unnecessary drug, and should be removed from all markets immediately. My family has suffered greatly and lost much because of it.

Janet Schultz | I too had a psychotic reaction to taking the US brand of this drug, Ambien. (visual and auditory hallucinations) Had my friend not come over, God only knows how I would've ended up. This drug is very dangerous and needs to be taken off the market.
Anonymous | My friend has been taking the Stilnox for years. He has experienced almost all the side effects listed over, but the doctor says it is his illness which is so difficult to cure. He has been extremely bad tortured in prison 30 years ago. Some weeks ago he was hospitalized for depression and anaxity, and he came home yesterday with more drugs: Efexor and Fluanxol. He has totaly changed personality. Moves like a 80 years old man, says nothing, very negative. The nurse said they got rid of the anaxity, but not the depression. He is so drugged and I donīt know how to get out of the situation, because the hospital managed to also change his attitud to me, his best friend and helper throug many years. Anybody has an advice?

Michael Shiell | I have a friend who put me onto this petition. She is actively campaining amoungst our friend group to raise awarness of the effects of this drug. Although my first hand experience of taking this drug was without incident (that I am aware of) I still think that there other, less risky alternatives.

Anonymous | I am a recovering addict, and I know from experience that this is a highly abusable drug. Many people crush and inject these pills for an instant rush of euphoria. The hallucinations from this drug are truly powerful. All the side effects from sleep eating to sleep walking are very real and almost guaranteed.

Elizabeth Ollquist | As a practising pharmacist I am becoming increasingly concerned with the number of customers I see who are addicted to Stilnox !When counselled there is always an excuse why they need another script early .I also believe the side effects do not warrent taking this drug when other cheaper alternatives are available
