    Comments: I still own the first few Sonic games in there original format and shelled out money to get the collections, I have always been a fan of the originals and with newer remakes of old series the characters seem to fall apart, and graphics these days just make you feel like your missing action and excitement. Sonic was excitement and it is really losing its edge nowadays a new 16-bit/32-bit game would be all that SEGA really needs to keep themselves back into the running.

    Comments: I think around the Saturn/Dreamcast days there was this pressure for Sega to match Mario in 3D features. Well all these years on, 3D is no longer something new and cool. Please Sega, bring back Sonic in 2D. The Sonic Mega Collection's popularity should be influence enough, but just in case it ain't here's my signature

    Comments: What do you mean by "a new 16-bit game". It was the consoles that were 16-bit, not the games. Are you asking for Sega to release this as a Megadrive/Genesis cart I've still got my Sega Genesis, but I doubt many other people have. Personally, I would prefer a 2D side scrolling Sonic the Hedgehog, but using all of the visual tricks available on the new platforms.
