The Petition This petition is a protest to dismiss the unfair HOA lawsuit against Mr. Tom Stevens in unit 1901. We the undersigned, protest in the strongest possible terms, to stop the spending of HOA funds on frivolous lawsuits. We believe no further action should have been taken against Mr. Tom Stevens after he paid the fine for renting out his condo. Since the fine was paid he has not been in violation of any CC &R’s and The Mark Condo Association is continuing to sue him. The use of HOA funds to fight this case is inappropriate and the owners at the Mark should be aware of HOA’s spending.
