I believe the city of Toronto is not defined by one person or one act. However... when you find yourself feeling embarrassed or ashamed by the acts of an individual; when you are unable to comfortably explain to your children what is being seen on the news/YouTube/media; when you question the sense of realty behind it all as if you are in some disturbing movie version of the real world... you must stand up as a collective, as one voice, come together and be heard. Mayor Rob Ford's actions have far past reached the point of being inappropriate for an elected official or any other citizen. The people did not elect this version, the true version, of Rob Ford. Mayor Rob Ford needs to step down as the Mayor of Toronto and seek personal/private help. Toronto is great, the greatest... we need to move past this era and begin to correct the damage that has been done to our city.
