STEAM - Additional GameDisc Purchase Option

The petition

Valve's digital content distribution client, Steam, is the latest most well tuned forum of digital distribution at the current time.
There's only one thing I do not like about Steam though...
I like having discs for my purchases, for one reason.
Say you get a nice little virus, and it's already embedded itself so hard into your SYSTEM folder that it's just too late to save. Well, after you re-format and install your OS, you have to download all your games, all over again. Unless of course you have the game discs.

What I want as an option from STEAM is simple.
I just want a simple $1-5 additional option, that they send a data disc with the current STEAMAPPS/.gcf/and a .pdf version of the manual for the game you just purchased. That way, you can just drag and drop it in - update - then go!
