Mr. Alan Seale (Al) creates an atmosphere of fear and intimidation in the village. He has threatened violence and sexual assault on both employees and customers of Village businesses. He has been arrested over 200 times in the Village and continues to disrupt everyone's business, day and night. By issuing this order, we can finally let Mr. Seale know that his behavior will not tolerated any longer.
