To rescind all real property transfers, transactions and land acquisitions, financial obligations incurred under duress, ill-gotten gains and profits obtained from property foreclosures and trustee sales and auctions which have occurred and may continue to occur from January 1, 2001 to beyond this day for which there will be no time limit until all that has been done shall be undone and the damage that has been caused shall be reversed at a time and in a way which shall be determined by the People in whatever manner they collectively decide as according to their respected communities and shall not be under any authority other than their own. Once everyone has been restored to as closest a possible in the position they held with their property or its equivalent value in kind, then all that be left remaining shall be divided up within the communities beginning with those who are without any property.
