I wish to state to your honour that the alleged actions of Mr David Ragozzino, in particular any alleged comments made on social media, have in no way whatsever influenced my judgement, as a reasonable person, in forming my own opinion of the shambles that is Blackpool Football Club and how it is being run by the Oyston family.

Nor have his alleged actions influenced my personal opinion of the Oyston family members. There have been more than enough articles in the free press for any reasonable person to be able to form an opinion of the characters of the claimants.

after watching Blackpool FC for 53 years I did not need anybody to tell me what the Oyston family were doing with my hard earned money . Not a penny more of my money is going to them .They are a total disgrace to Lancashire people.

I have not read Mr Ragozzino's comments. My view of the shambles that is Blackpool Football Club is based partly on articles in the Guardian, Daily Mail, Sun, Blackpool Gazette, Channel 4 etc. None of whom are being sued by the Oystons.

Season ticket holder of over 10 years until this season, when i refused to renew based on my own formed opinion of the Oystons and the way they continue to "run" this club. No comments, alleged or otherwise, have influenced this decision whatsoever

The Oystons damage their own reputations on an almost daily basis. Their vindictive attempts to silence their own fans opinions, is not only unprecedented in customer relations. It is an affront to the principal of free speech.

The only people that would stop me attending football matches at Bloomfield Rd or having any business dealings with the Oyston family or their companies are the Oyston family themslves. I post this comment as a sharefolder of Blackpool FC.

I have come to my own conclusions about the poor character of messrs Oyston's without any influence whatsover from comments made by Mr Ragozzino. However, their legal action against Mr Ragozzino has confirmed my very low opinion of them.

I bought my 2-year season ticket on the promise of a Riga Revolution. Why wasn't he backed? Why was he sacked?

Mr Ragozzinoo's comments in no way affected my decision to not spend any more money at blackpool fc for as long as the vile oyston family remain at the club. I feel the actions of the oystons in bringing this matter before a court is frivolous and an attempt to stop free speech and legal protests.
