In particular, the mishandling of intelligence by the Central Intelligence Agency, and the possibility - leaked to the New York Times but surpressed in the joint Senate/Congress inquiry - that men who assisted the terrorists operated "in a complex web of financial relationships with officials of the Saudi government", demand further investigation.
