We, the citizens of Minnetrista Minnesota, petition the City of Minnetrista and the Minnetrista Police Department to strictly enforce the speed limit on Halstead Drive between the intersections of Highway 110 and Lakeside Drive by using an unmarked Police vehicle and radar including writing speeding tickets to violators.
