As employees we work hard to make a living for political appointees on state boards to abuse and mis-manage companies to their benefit. Many a time we have seen sending home of employees when white and blue collar crime is taking place and state board level. State boards are dipping their hands into companies policies, procedures, procurements and contracts to benefit themselves. Let us petition to make this change. We want legislation or a bill brought up by which the law will enforce the following as it applies to state board members: 1. They shall receive no sort of company benefits. 2. No hands on approach into the management of company policy. 3. There will be no access to procurement bidding by companies owned or jointly owned by state board members for services or other financial contracts. 4. The overseeing of any company will strictly be strategic and monitoring of good governance. 5. State board members shall be immediately dismissed if found to be guilty of abuse by way of threating loss of jobs to employees at any level within the organization.
