Last year (in December) a group of guys in Denver started a grass root campaign in the Miami Herald's online message board that Brian Griese was your answer at QB. Our goal was for Miami to sign Griese and cut Fiedler. Before Plummer arrived, we had the belief that Fiedler was Denver's best choice for QB. We swamped Miami's local papers with email, messages, etc. Our group of 6 people easily grew to over 75 people at last count. We stopped our grass roots program when Denver signed Plummer, but we would love to see Fiedler as next year's backup QB in Denver. So please cut Fiedler. That mistake would even be greater than drafting Salaam. P.S. to all the Griese supporters - the joke is on you! Yes we have no life, that is why we bombarded your media in Miami. We are bitter of "Dink" Griese. Here is hoping your "Driveways are safe" for walking on and Griese's dog is kenneled during the season (remember Bella his dog, put the 2nd biggest hit on him last year.) As Romanowski said after he knocked Griese out of the game last year "I don't know what I was thinking when I drilled Griese, because it allowed the better QB (Buerlein) to enter the game."

Comments: I am a Bronco fan and liked Griese when he was in Denver. However, his arm just is not as strong as you seem to think. If Fielder has a weaker arm than Griese, I have no clue how he is even in the NFL, much less the Dolphin starter. I hope Griese succeeds in Miami where he couldn't in Denver though, as he is a nice guy but probably just an average QB at best. The Dolphins are a perfect fit for his game though as they are a RunRickyRun team that won't make Griese do extra ordianry things to win.
