This Academy will be open to all who meet requirements and pass the application stage. Those who get into the academy have the potential to become "Police Officers" yet this will not hinder other players who do not wish to under go academy training. This Academy will be set up only to improve role play and the professionalism of officers. The academy will be split into classes, each month a new class of recruits will be created. Within the classes there will be sections, such as Road Traffic Enforcement, Armed Response, Patrolling and Communications. Recruits will undergo a number of tests and practical evaluation. If the recruit succeeds, they will be granted a tag in TeamSpeak to show they have shown skills relative to Takistan policing. Again, this recognition of training will not give any authority over other players wishing to become "cops" on the server.
