For months we have tried to no avail to nominate Mariah Carey for a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame. Though the application is nearly complete, a letter of permission is required from Mariah or her representative allowing the nomination or the application will not be considered. MonarC claims to be aware of the fan's desire to nominate her and is considering it, though they refuse to release a letter to the fan who started the project, at first expressing no interest to pursue the matter at all. Quoting their past responses "We'll think about it", "Maybe 2005, no promises". |
