    Comments: We, the undersigned, are asking you, our elected representatives, to stop consideration of any measure that would threaten the ability of physicians to own and provide in thier offices diagnostic testing services like X-rays and MRIs, as well as physical therapy services. Please retain the "in-office ancillary exception" to the Stark Law.
