Stanton Story sentenced to death in 1974, no evidence, two was tried only one in court which was Stanton Story. Sentenced converted to life by the Supreme Court due to lack of evidence for the death penalty to appeal conviction. After incarcerated over 35 years Stanton Story still stands firm that he is in fact innocent of the crime of murder, that he never killed anyone. Stanton Story did not receive a jury of his peers. Stanton Story had no evidence against him indicating any guilt of a crime. Stanton Story deserves justice not conviction due to the color of his skin.
