I really can't consider this a move to end corruption for the fact that you have installed Grace Padaca as a commissioner to COMELEC and even paid her bail, all the more Mar Roxas accompanying her in paying her bail. Yes, a person is considered innocent until proven guilty but doesn't a graft charge make her a questionable person in public office?

    Comments: Governor Gwen Garcia had contributed a lot to Cebu, especially to the communities in the rural places like the Camotes Islands. The people there love Gov. Gwen very much and i had personally witnessed some of her contributions to the community. Yes, she did not achieved those contributions alone but she also asked the assistance of those officials that were elected into office.
