It has come to the notice from many fresher female and male dentists that there is no standardized basic salary for the BDS dentists in India.Many dentists have reported that they were asked to work for a very low salary or no salary for long working time with no holidays.The situation is getting worst now dad by day for the dentists and no actions have been taken for the above issue by any respected authorities.This PETITION is merely to standardize the basic salary for dentists with no comparison whether it's a Male or a Female dentist.
