    Comments: I have a story to tell about a women who stole from my dad without his consent....She used his ATM card and got oiut 400.00 per week and deposited into her bank account. We thought he had it all under control...She met him at the grocery store parking lot...HE had no idea she was taking extra money out....She got a new car off of him..put it in her name..and drove off...mad...at me...for calling the police on her and having her arrestted for tresspassing it was the only way we could get her out of the house...FEB. 16 2010, and I have lived with dad everysince...I am Health Care POA...Signed in his WILL MAY 24 2006...She isolated us..we had to call before we came to visit...the door stayed locked ., we couldn'[t get a key ...SHE had him so brain washed. and to top it off SHE WAS an extreme hoarder..Mr. Blalock's house was signed over to her in 1990 when he was 88 yiears old..his children took her to court and lost...she claims WELL they never come see him....they took his money Etc and so on...It just burns me up that she got away with it...

    Comments: This seems to be a ongoing problem in Tennessee. As we all get older, and if we live long enough... We will need to be cared for. The problem is.. it is not looked into deep enough by social services... It needs to tougher laws and it should be taken much more serious by our state.. I know of an incident that was reported and it was never followed up on.. and if it is.. they are taking their sweet time of doing so.. ..
