Comments: Don't forget about the elder abuse that is occurring even after being reported to all the appropriate law enforcement and elder abuse prevention authorities. My 'mother-in-law' had her front door kicked in with the engaged deadbolt splintering the door frame. Sheriff Deputies responding to a 911 call determined that 'nothing out of the ordinary' occurred and 'no crime' was committed because the intruders that are not relatives agreed to compensate the Landlord $250 for their 'accidental' damage. Over the next 8-days $1.0 Million in assets was transferred. Then new financial planning documents drafted including a durable power of attorney. Using these document non-relatives placed victim in assisted living facility with instructions of no visitors, no phone calls and no mail in direct violation of CA's Title 22. Reporting to local law enforcement, internal affairs, county sheriff, district attorney, attorney general, adult protective services, community care licensing, long-term care ombudsman, bureau of medical fraud and elder abuse, FBI, DOJ, local, state and federal elected officials and probate court essentially nothing has changed. Have a court order requiring visitation. Have a citation against the facility. Out about $20K in legal fees. Yet the basic rights given any resident of an assisted living facility under CA's Title 22 such as ability to have visitors is non existent. The victim will is hospice care and will likely die isolated from family. DOJ is still trying to decide if they will or will not investigate, has admitted to losing electronically transmitted documents 3 different times after acknowledging getting them because of computer issues. As the Judge as said from the first court hearing, "I don't understand why a mother cannot see her daughter and a daughter cannot see her mother.' Yet the Judge does nothing except to set another hearing at some future time. That is how CA treats their elders. Full documentation available to anyone with a useful purpose.

Comments: There is RICO going on in Maricopa County Probate Court Phoenix ,AZ; financial exploitation of vulnerable adults by a well organized "syndicate' of judicial insiders. We need the Department of Justice to bring in an an investigator and Special Prosecutor to stop this criminal activity!
