Comments: Elder abuse and exploitation runs rampid in our country and needs change. Please do not be fooled to think it is ONLY family exploitating the elderly. The current legal guardianship system is severally flawed and has become a feeding trough for professional guardians to exploit America's most vulnerable while they are protected by the court. Vulnerable people's estates are being turned into "fees" for guardians and attorneys while they are held isolated and alone. Protect America's vulnerable from court appointed guardians too!!

Comments: I was broken hearted when my sister in law stole everything my father in law worked his entire life for and no matter the piles of evidence, she has never been punished because he wouldn't press charges and our state won't let the family persue on his behalf.
