As local business owners in the Stadium Village Business Association (formerly Concord Business Association) and residents of the Concord Neighborhood, we are coming together to remonstrate against the renewal of the liquor license for the Liquor Barn located at 1150 South Meridian St. Indianapolis, IN. For the past several years, this business has had a negative impact on the surrounding area and has been an eyesore to the neighborhood. It has contributed to loitering, public intoxication, crime, littering and has had a profoundly negative impact on surrounding businesses. We would like to see the Marion County Alcohol Licensing Board deny a liquor license to this particular Liquor Barn location.
