Comments: Parros is a great hockey player and a really good rolemodel. Every year he cuts his hair and donates to Locks For Love and the Anaheim Team Store sells charity mustaches in his honor. I know he is kid of a nobody to most people. But if he is on your team you would know what a great effect he can have wherever he plays. Plesae NHL. Put his name on the cup.

Comments: Do not add Parros to the Cup. It defiles the true efforts made by real players throughout a long, hard fought season. Parros was a poor replacement for Fedoruk and soon became a novelty act by bandwagon fantards that became interested in a front running team. All because of a moustache - well shit lets add "Tom Magnum" on the Cup because he had a mustache and liked to fight. Don't do it Burke - this is lame.

Comments: As a native Pittsburgher and avid hockey fan, I find it imperative that Western Pennsylvania's first member of a Cup-winning team have his name inscribed on the Trophy. This isn't just to enshrine Mr. Parros' name, but to give respect to an entire region.

Comments: George Parros may not have qualified in games, but the contribution to So.Cal hockey, being a fan favorite, and the generousity, makes him a hero. In many cases you can sit on the side lines, but yet still make a contribution to the game, as much as if you were in it.

Comments: My son is a young player of hockey in the California area. He consistently roots for Parros because of his ability to be the perfect teammate. We all remember David Eckstein from the Angels and how imperative he was to their championship season. We like to call George Parros the Duck's 'X Factor' because you can't measure his contribution to the team, or hockey as a sport, by any specific stats column. You just know that he makes the team better simply by his presence.

Comments: I watched him at Princeton. Even there, you could tell his impact on the team. Princeton doesn't produce many famous athletes, but his work ethic and ability to find success are certainly attributes you learn on campus. Please put his name on the cup. Make our university proud.
